Our front desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Check-in time begins at 3 pm (studio/apartments) and 4pm (villas). If you are expecting to arrive earlier, please let our reservations department know and we will do our best to have your room ready. In the event we can not, our front desk will securely store your luggage and we welcome you to use all resort amenities in the meantime.
Check-out time is 11 am (studios/apartments) and 10am (villas). For later check-outs, arrangements are possible; however, they are subject to availability and a surcharge ($75 + tax until 2pm). Please check with the front desk in advance. If a later check-out cannot be arranged, you may have your luggage stored in our office until you are ready to leave. Our front desk can also provide you with access to our change room which offers shower and bathroom facilities. Please remember to make arrangements with us beforehand.
We are more than happy to assist you with information and reservations for activities, car rentals, restaurants etc. Please feel free to contact us with your questions and requests before your trip or visit us at the front desk while you are on Provo.
For guest comfort, we do have night security at both the hotel and plaza. Providenciales is said to be one of the safest islands within the Caribbean.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms or non-designated smoking areas. Failure to respect this policy will result in a $200 penalty, which will be charged on your credit card. There is a designated shaded smoking area on property behind the pool deck.
High speed WiFi is included for our guests both in-room and in most public areas. We also offer complimentary use of our 2 guest computers in the lobby.
Upon arrival you will receive the password of our wireless internet access.
The resort is divided into three sections, the hotel, the Villas of Ports of Call (also known as Villas of Elephant Walk) and the Shops of Ports of Call.
The resort offers 49 value priced Garden View rooms, 20 Pool View rooms, 29 Deluxe Pool View rooms with Walkout Terraces or Balconies and two one-bedroom suites located in two three-story buildings (no elevators). The property is set among lush tropical gardens on the north side of the island with an abundance of activities, restaurants, friendly locals and safe to explore streets.
The main central building houses the reception, breakfast room, two station business area, public washrooms, bar, pool, table tennis, games and a fitness area. The rooms are divided between two, three-story buildings conveniently overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens or pool. There is a small children’s play pool located off the one end of the main pool. It is a non-smoking property, however, there is a designated smoking area provided.
The villas are located at the rear end of the property offering a comfortable, safe and secluded space with the security of privacy fences, remote access car gates, villa alarm systems and nightly patrols by the resort’s security.

On-site parking is included for guests at the rear of the property. Car parking is subject to availability and strictly at your own risk. Ports of Call Resort does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen and/or damaged items what-so-ever.
A washer and dryer for guests’ use are located at the rear of the west wing. Tokens and detergent are available for purchase from the front desk at $5/cycle. Dry cleaning and alterations are available at the nearby Pioneer Cleaners outlet just south of the Graceway Gourmet IGA (approximately a 2 minute walk from the resort).
Individual vented storage lockers are located at the outside rear of each wing and are available for rent for a fee of $5 per day.

The facility fee includes in-room WiFi, enhanced TV channel offerings, parking, pool and beach towels, beach shuttle service, use of beach chairs and umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks (as available), and the energy surcharge.

There are two easy options to get from the airport to Ports of Call:
- (1) By Taxi: Taxi vans will be readily available at the airport. Fares are set at $33 for 1-2 passengers and $16.50 for each additional person in your party. Please note, taxis only accept cash (US dollars). We encourage you to confirm the rate with your driver prior.
- (2) By Rental Car: If you prefer to rent a car, we encourage you to contact our on-site rental car agency Caicos Wheels and inform them you will be staying at the resort for your guest discount. They will have the car available for pick-up at the airport with the option to drop it off at the hotel or back at the airport upon your departure.
Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is only 15-minutes from Ports of Call resort.

• (1) Contact our Reservations Department and we’ll be happy to modify or cancel the booking for you. If doing so outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email.
• (2) Click on the confirmation number on your booking confirmation (this was emailed to you at the time of booking) and you’ll be directed to our booking engine. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Modify/Cancel Reservation”. Enter your confirmation number as well as last name and you’ll see an option to modify or cancel your booking.

Many of our guests will purchase their own beer, wine or spirits at Graceway Gourmet (the grocery store next to us). You are welcome to take food and drinks to the beach as well as make your own around our pool when the poolside bar is closed.

We’re an easy 3-minute walk to our own designated beach section on Grace Bay Beach and you are more than welcome to opt for our complimentary shuttle service in our 8-person golf cart. Whichever you choose, our beach attendants will be there to greet you with fresh towels, chilled drinks and provide a helping hand with using our complimentary chairs, umbrellas, stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
Whether you know someone celebrating a special occasion with us and would like to send a gift or maybe you just want to surprise someone to make them feel extra special upon their arrival, we’re happy to help! Please contact our reservations department with the guest’s reservation details and we’ll send a customized list of special arrangements available for purchase.

The pool and hot tub are available for guest use from 8:00 am to – 9:00 pm daily.
