Our newly renovated conference centre and event space includes a walk-out balcony and provides an ideal space for meetings, presentations, seminars, employee functions, and special celebrations like wedding showers or engagement parties.
Key Features:
• Capacity: Up to 60 persons (theatre style seating) or 40 persons with tables.
• Facilities: Includes a kitchenette, speakers, TV, whiteboard, podium, 119″ projector screen, projector (additional fee), two single-occupancy restrooms, and easel (paper available for an additional fee). As well, the space is equipped with wireless microphones and cameras enabling you to host virtual meetings or video conferences. If required, there are executive chairs available for boardroom seating.
• Connectivity: The system is BYOD (bring your own device) meaning all you need to do is connect your laptop to the provided HDMI cable (for video display) and USB cable (for room peripherals such as speakers, mics, and cameras). Our onsite team is available to assist in setting up your event or show you the basic functions of the system.
• Flexible Setup: The room features stackable, removable tables and chairs, allowing you to customize the space to your needs.
