As a 98-room boutique resort, we can accommodate both small and large groups. We feel it is important for guests to feel comfortable and connected to their groups. Our layout is perfect for maximizing group interaction and bonding; providing the amenities of larger more expensive resorts while being one of the most economical resorts on the island.

We’ve had the pleasure to host several different types of travel groups over the years. Some of these include airline crews, weddings, conferences, sport teams, and dive groups.

Most recently, the annual Caribbean Air Rally  choose us to host their Rally’s final destination! We offered the perfect spot for the pilot’s /crew last days of their race adventure, awards ceremony, and relaxation.

Groups are a very high priority to Ports of Call Resort so we work hard to prepare for their stay. Upon arrival, groups can expect a quick and easy check-in, a briefing of the property layout, and then immediately directed towards their readily available rooms so the fun can begin! Our staff and management are dedicated to ensure as usual, extraordinary service.  When a group’s time with us comes to an end (yes, unfortunately, all good things do come to an end), guests can expect a smooth and effortless departure that coincides best with their travel plans.

The Caribbean Air Rally group had contacted Ports of Call Resort before booking to ensure we could accommodate their needs. Some of these included a cocktail party, a private charter excursion and a final rewards ceremony set-up. Within 24 hours (our guaranteed response policy), a group can expect to receive a detailed answer enlisting their options, quotes, further suggestions, and how to move forward. Our co-owner of the hotel operates as groups’ reservation specialist and is dedicated to working one-on-one with group travel leaders to ensure the best value out of their time with us.

The group’s intended focus of a “pirate theme” worked well with the resort grounds as our Shops of Ports of Call has been designed with a pirate feel. Caribbean Air Rally experienced a full day boating excursion on Captain Bill’s pirate charter with Ocean Outback, and a final rewards ceremony held pool-side, followed by a personalized and private cocktail party. The group even took it upon themselves to get in on the pirate theme by dressing the part – whoever said people no longer enjoy pirate parties?
