The deposit amount depends on when you're traveling and what room category you reserve. See details below: Arrivals December 22 - April 30

• Studio Rooms and One-Bedroom Suite Bookings: 2-night deposit required (if your reservation is for one-night only, you only need to pay for one night)
• Villa Bookings: 50% deposit required

Arrivals May 1 - December 21

Notes • All deposits include tax (27%). • Deposits are processed within 72-hours of booking. • Credit cards used to book the reservation should match the guest name. If a third-party is covering payment, a credit card authorization form will need to be completed. Please contact the reservations department for more information.
