Finding a lower nightly room rate for our Resort?
Book directly with us using our online booking system and we will guarantee you our lowest nightly room rate! If you find our Resort with a lower price anywhere online matching the exact same check in/out dates and room type (on the same day of booking), not only will we match the price, but we will offer you a $25 voucher for use at our poolside bar*.
How it Works:
Step (1) Book your room directly using our online booking system.
Step (2) Find the exact same conditions* at a lower price on any other online travel sites on the same day you are booking (or within 24 hours of booking), copy the URL and take a screenshot of the page which is reflective of the final step in the booking process (many third-party websites advertise at a lower but end up being the same price/more expensive once clicking through). The screen-shot should include all booking details (travel dates, number of people, currency, rate, room type, etc.).
Step (3) Email the full-page screenshot and url to [email protected] within 24-hours of booking (step 1). We will review and notify you if the price match has been confirmed. If yes, your rate will be adjusted and reflected in an updated confirmation email. Please note that the same policies will apply we will make sure you enjoy a $25 voucher for our poolside bar!
*Conditions: Applicable to the same room category, bedding type, travel dates, and number of people (adults and children). Does not apply to package (air + room) vacations or membership programs. Ensure your booking currency also matches e.g., USD=USD; CND=CND, etc. Poolside bar credit not valid during Happy Hour which offers guests two drinks for the price of one!

When using a Desktop:
Copy the URL* of the page you are finding us with a better rate and then open a new tab or window in your browser and visit the following website: www.capturefullpage.com. Paste the URL in the white space, select ‘I’m not a Robot’ and click submit. Wait a few moments for it to capture the full screen and then select ‘Download Your Image’.
*The URL should reflect the final page in the booking process (i.e. the page that shows “complete booking/confirm booking, etc.). Many websites advertise lower rates so it is important to click through to ensure any hidden fees are added.
When using an iPhone:
Simultaneously press and then release the side button and volume up button. Tap the screenshot in the lower-left corner, then tap Full Page. Tap the share icon “
” in the upper right hand corner then choose a sharing option (for example AirDrop, Messages, or Mail), enter any other requested information, then send the PDF.
When using an Android:
Simultaneously press the “Power” and “Volume down” buttons at the same time. Three options appear at the bottom of the screen next to the screenshot preview – tap on the last option “capture more”. Use the resizing handles to select the part that you want to include in your scrolling screenshot. Once you’re satisfied with the size of your screenshot, you can tap the “Save” button in the upper-left corner.
