Cancellation Policy:
Studio Rooms and One-Bedroom Suites: If your arrival date is between May 1st – December 21st, your reservation offers free cancellation up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. If your arrival date is between December 22nd – April 30th, your reservation offers free cancellation up to 14-days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellation cut-offs are as of 11:59 pm local time (EST). No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty for all travel dates.
3-Bedroom Villas
Your reservation offers free cancellation up to 30-days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 15 – 29 days of arrival will allow 50% of your payments to be converted to resort credit which can be used towards a new reservation for up to one year from the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 14-days of arrival will forfeit all payments made. Cancellation cut-offs are as of 11:59 pm local time (EST). No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty.
