How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

If you have booked on our website:

You can easily modify or cancel by following one of these listed options:

• (1) Contact our Reservations Department and we’ll be happy to modify or cancel the booking for you. If doing so outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email.

• (2) Click on the confirmation number on your booking confirmation (this was emailed to you at the time of booking) and you’ll be directed to our booking engine. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Modify/Cancel Reservation”. Enter your confirmation number as well as last name and you’ll see an option to modify or cancel your booking.

If you booked with our reservations department via phone or email:

If you booked on a third-party website:

Unfortunately we are not able to modify/cancel your reservation. Please contact the company you used to book. There should be options to modify or cancel your booking on the reservation confirmation they would have emailed you. There should also be customer service contact options listed.
