What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on when you’re traveling and what room category you reserve. See details below:
Arrivals December 22 – April 30
- • Studio Rooms and One-Bedroom Suite Bookings: You will have free cancellation up until 14-days prior to arrival. Changes within the penalty window will have 50% of the deposit amount converted to resort credit which can be used towards a new reservation for up to one-year post cancellation date (must book direct). The remaining 50% will be kept as a penalty.
- • Villa Bookings: You will have free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival. Changes within the penalty window will have 50% of the deposit amount converted to resort credit which can be used towards a new reservation for up to one-year post cancellation date (must book direct). The remaining 50% will be kept as a penalty.
